Inquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward. Transaction records are retained for the period Colorado real estate law requires brokerages to keep them. You can ask us to delete your information at any point where no legal retention obligation applies.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email jacob@solidoakre.com and we will respond. Colorado residents have specific rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, and we honor those requests regardless of where you live.
This site is served over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do not retain more information than we need and we do not share it beyond what is described above.
